What is CCASP?
The Center for Community Academic Success Partnerships, an Illinois 501c3 was created in 2007 to address the problems of juvenile delinquency in some of the poorest communities in Chicago. The agency began as an affiliate of Chicago Area Project and continues the affiliation today as an independent citywide affiliate. The values and philosophy of CCASP are centered around improving the quality of neighborhood life with special focus on solving problems faced by young people and their families.

COMMUNITY SCHOOL INITIATIVE (CSI)
Parent Engagement Centers are a part of the Community Schools Initiative at Coles Elementary School and Mireles Elementary School. Parent engagement centers are utilized to promote parent engagement and to improve student learning. Parents receive training to help them be computer literate and improve basic computer skills. The technology is also used by parents for GED, ESL and other classes.
Teen REACH (Responsibility, Education, Achievement, Caring, and Hope) is a comprehensive youth development initiative that provides after school program services to high-risk youth between the ages of 6 and 17.
